It should not be longer than one page.
Use the following information to personalize the cover letter:
- the reply to an advertisement
-  a certain publication;
- a company that you identified during your research and you would like to work for;
- reading an article regarding the company and its management;
- the presentation of that company made by one of its employees(Surname, Name).

The more personal the cover letter is the better. ___________________

cover lettersDo somthing to be relevant. The ideal cover letter is about half a page long, and never exceeds one page. A concise letter demonstrates that

using the words “To the attention of the .... Manager (human resources manager)”, right under the company paragraph.     * If you do not know the name of these persons you can use “To the attention of Human Resources Department…” Leave a few blank lines and then write “Dear Mr.(Mrs.)...” starting on the left side.

Writing the content (which usually comprises 4 paragraphs):

2 - the job of your dreams, why you want that job and convince them that this “why” will be a mutual benefit;
3  - review your skills, personal competences and your experience in the field which are relevant and which entitle you to aspire to that position, mentioning that you attached a resume to the cover letter;
4 - show your availability to meet for an interview in order to provide more details.
Sign by hand on the same side where you wrote the address and use in conclusion, for example: “Sincerely,....”.
